Well, we are doing it all the time. We deal with the council almost daily so we have strong relationships in place to streamline the process for consent applications and Code Compliance.

 

A growing part of our business is gaining retrospective consent for work done by others in the past that doesn't meet the requirements of the building code. Sometimes this can delay the sale of a property or result in loss of insurance cover.

 

Some companies want nothing to do with substandard work done by others but at KBP we recognise that it just has to be done, so we roll our sleeves up, get stuck in to put it right and tidy up the paperwork along the way.

 

We are happy to fully submit and manage the consent process or provide you with the information you need to do it yourself – whatever works best for you.
